God wants you to live free. Take a step towards living free by attending our live free classes or by signing up for a haven group.
find purpose
You are an important part of God's plan, created with unique gifts and passions. We believe that your life begins to make sense when you find purpose. It's time to find purpose and share your God-given talents with others. Find your purpose by going through our Next Steps course.
make a difference
God's ultimate plan for your life is to make a difference in the lives of others. Our vision is for you to be a part of our Dream Team, where you can serve others and truly make a difference in our church and in our community.
leadership
Jeff Connor is the Lead Pastor of Winter Haven Worship Center along with his wife, Kim Connor. Both were trained at Southeastern College where they met and fell in love during the Spring of 1986.

They began their ministry serving as youth pastors for Pastor Reggie Scarborough at Family Worship Center in Lakeland, Florida in 1986. It was there that Pastor Jeff felt a call to be a full time pastor.

In March, 1991 they pioneered their first church in Haines City, Florida with a congregation of 100 people. Three years later, the Haines City congregation of 240 people had an opportunity to move to Winter Haven, Florida and become Winter Haven Worship Center.

In 2006, the Lord spoke to Pastor Jeff and told him to “Prepare for a Supernatural Harvest.” It became clear that more space would be needed to accommodate all those who were making WHWC their home church. In 2009, WHWC completed a state of the art sanctuary with a seating capacity of 1006.

Since 1991, the congregation has increased to approximately 2,000 people with three morning services on Sunday.

Most recently the church acquired a new building across the street (Haven Chapel) and launched a rebrand officially changing the name to Haven Worship Center.
